MARS announced to hold its 10th event, `MARS 10 "ALL-OUT WAR"' in Tokyo on 09 Dec. This event started 2 years ago in Tokyo. The card hasn`t been announced yet but will have Japanese, Korean, and Brazilian fighters. This event is just started 2 years ago and not as popular as other events.
